This Merrillville Banquet Hall can hold up to 130 people and is available for:
Anniversary Parties
Funerals
Breakfasts
Luncheons
Graduation Parties
Baptisms
Reunions
The Banquet Hall is available for rent for six (6) hours of use on a particular day.
Additional Hours @ $50.00 per hour.
Rental Fee: Non – Parishioners $350.00
Parishioners: $100.00
Deposit: $100.00 (Parishioners and Non Parishioners)
Both the Deposit and Rental Fee are to be paid in full at the time the contract is signed.
The Deposit is refunded after event provided that hall has been cleaned and returned back in same condition.
The contract must be signed by the renter (over 21 years of age) and requires a copy of their driver’s license. Alcohol may only be present if a police officer is present and his Dept., badge #, cell phone #, and name are listed on the contract. The renter is responsible for hiring the officer and obtaining his/her information. The hall is shown Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.
